Preheat/Ashing Furnaces

Multi-Load & Multi-Pour Systems
A complete system from weighing through to cupellation including tools. All can be ordered individually or as a complete system. Items include weigh bench, bench grid, flux bin, pot loader, pouring trolley, pot tray, pot rack, hot pot trolley, pouring moulds, pot tong, mould cover, knock-up bench, cupel fork, furnace brush, furnace rake, furnace shovel.

Furnace Tiles
Used on the floors of fusion and cupellation furnaces. Five sizes available with three thicknesses.

Crucibles
Choice of crucibles to suit your needs for either single use or multi-trip use and use with the multi-pour system. Sizes available are 30g, 40g, 50g, 55g & 65g that will suit your sample charge and flux compositions. All crucibles are available crated or boxed.

Cupels
Magnesite cupels that are packaged for use with either 25plc or 50plc cupel forks. Standard cupel sizes of 6A, 7A, 7AS, 8A, 8S are available to handle lead buttons from less than 30g up to 75g.

Flux
Two standard fluxes are offered – one suited for oxide ores and one suited for sulphidic ores – both have pre-mixed silver nitrate and will produce consistent prill sizes. We can have flux manufactured to your specifications, but delivery will be later than normal due to manufacture.

Mabor
Quality mabor used for cleaning furnace spillages.

Scoops
Wide variety of scoops for handling fluxes and reagents in plastic and metal.
