New Mobile Preparation Laboratory installed and commissioned in Republic of Congo.
This unit houses 1 ESSA JC2500 crusher, 1800mm workstation and 3 x ESSA LM5 pulverisers. Coupled with a 4m3 drying oven, capacity is around 250 core and/or RC samples per day.

ILS designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a new laboratory facility in Cote d’Ivoire.
The high throughput laboratory is servicing the Gold and Minerals industry in the region using industry standard preparation, fire assay and wet chemical equipment. The facility has a small metallurgical testing capability and is designed to increase production easily with demand.
The laboratory was built and installed using skilled contractors from Cote d’Ivoire under the guidance of the owner and ILS.

A new, modern, multi-elemental laboratory was designed, supplied, installed and commissioned to facilitate the burgeoning Namibian Minerals Industry.
The laboratory was designed for flexibility, high throughput and sample type segregated treatment that is unique in the industry in Namibia. The Namibian environment presented unique challenges to the design and operation of the laboratory, but with careful collaboration between the owner, Namibian contractors and ILS, the facility will enable a reliable and cost-effective analytical service to the Namibian industry.

ILS worked in conjunction with our client in PNG in an expanding Gold Buyer & Smelting business. This required more sophisticated equipment to service their expanding smelting & analytical services.
ILS supplied, installed and commissioned their new facility which included a high capacity retort furnace for recovery of mercury. With completion of this project, our client will now be able to meet increased demand and further enhance their expansion for future requirements.
